How to Provide Feedback on a Knowledge Article

To flag or provide feedback on a knowledge article in ServiceNow:

  1. Open the knowledge article you want to review.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the article page to locate Helpful Yes or No

  1. Select Yes if you found the article to be helpful and No if the article was unclear, outdated or you feel that it could be improved.
  2. If you select No the system will prompt you for further feedback details. When providing the feedback details try to be as specific as possible so that the knowledge article owner can address issues more quickly.
